Our executive chef, Hasan Karci, a master in Mediterranean cuisine, brings to your table traditional European and Asian-inspired spices with a refined and modern twist. We invite you to take a trip to the Mediterranean Sea as you dine with us at White Olive. Common in the home country of Greece, white olives are found in southerly parts of Italy—in Tuscany and especially in Calabria. They can also be found in some areas along the Mediterranean coasts of Northern Africa, Portugal, Malta, and all the way west to the Atlantic shores.
It is in our highest regards that you indulge in fresh and authentic Greek inspired dishes, while experiencing the utmost hospitality – an integral practice that has historically been treasured in ancient Greece, while you visit our establishment.
